Privacy policy
Tsjing Tsjing Bai Bai values your privacy. In this privacy policy we explain which data we process, why, and what your rights are, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Which data do we process?
To schedule an appointment we ask for your name, email address and phone number. During the intake we record health data relevant to the treatment, these data are used only by the practitioner and fall under medical professional confidentiality.
What do we use your data for?
Your data are used solely for:
- scheduling, confirming and possibly cancelling appointments;
- maintaining a treatment file as required by law;
- sending an invoice for your health insurer.
We do not send marketing emails and do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
How long do we keep data?
For medical files the legal retention period is 20 years after the last treatment (WGBO). Booking data (name, contact, appointment history) we keep for a maximum of 7 years due to fiscal retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or, within legal limits, have your data deleted. Send a request to info@tsjingtsjingbaibai.nl. We respond within four weeks.
Complaints about how we handle your data can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
