Is your body asking for attention?

Recognise this? In my practice I look at the body's signals and what acupuncture can mean within them.

Lost in your head?

During a session you lie quietly on the table for 30 minutes with the needles in place. Many people experience this as a moment of stillness and attention for themselves.

A different perspective on your complaints

Chinese medicine looks at the body as a whole. During a consultation we discuss your complaints, your energy, your sleep and other signals that together paint a picture of how you are doing.

Towards balance and resilience

Chinese medicine always looks at coherence: your complaint, your daily functioning and the signals from your body. On that basis we discuss which treatment suits you.

A moment of zen

You do not need specific complaints to choose acupuncture. Many people come simply to unwind, give their body some attention and stay in balance. A treatment can feel like a well-earned break that lets you recharge.

Acupuncture in Waspik

Welcome to Tsjing Tsjing Bai Bai, the acupuncture practice of Jildert Mosterman. Here you can find peace, attention and a treatment tailored entirely to you.

Acupuncture helps your body and mind regain balance, whether you're dealing with pain, stress, fatigue or menopausal symptoms.

Do you want to know what acupuncture can do for you?

Tsjing Tsjing Bai Bai (pronounced phonetically) was chosen with a wink, but the meaning is serious. The name refers to two core concepts from the Chinese tradition: Tsjing (精) stands for essence, the refined life energy that nourishes your vitality, and Bai (白) stands for purity and clarity. Together they express what the practice is about: more balance, more clarity and a stronger sense of well-being, in body and mind.

Acupuncture helps your body and mind regain balance. Do you suffer from pain, stress, menopausal symptoms, fatigue or do you feel like your energy is stuck? A treatment can help your energy (Qi) flow again, ease your symptoms and support your recovery.

Because body and mind are one system, acupuncture can also help with worrying, sleep problems, inner restlessness, overstimulation and anxious feelings. Your system settles, your head feels clearer and your resilience grows.

Each treatment is tailor-made. Together we look at your symptoms, your daily life and what you need to experience more balance. Often you'll notice a subtle but distinct difference in how you move through your day, even after the first session.
