Regain mental and emotional balance

Stress, low mood, irritability or fatigue that won't lift, they're signals that your system is out of balance. Acupuncture works deeply on the nervous system and can support finding calm and clarity again.

What acupuncture does

During a session your sympathetic nervous system (the 'gas pedal') relaxes and your parasympathetic nervous system (the 'brake') is activated. Many people experience a deep sense of letting go during the treatment itself, sometimes for the first time in months or years.

For whom?

For people with:

  • Persistent stress, tension or worrying
  • Sleep problems
  • Periods of low mood or low energy
  • Burn-out (in recovery)
  • High sensitivity and overstimulation

Acupuncture is a complement to, not a replacement for, psychological or medical care. We often work well alongside a GP, psychologist or coach.

How long?

Mental-emotional symptoms usually require a course of 6–10 sessions, with regular evaluations. Sometimes occasional maintenance visits are enough.
